Ironwoood brings UFC Fighter to Pump up Brock Women’s volleyball Before playoffs!
As a proud sponsor of the Brock University Women’s Volleyball Team, we had the incredible opportunity to bring in a special guest to speak with the team ahead of their playoff run. Jasmine Jasudavicius, professional UFC fighter shared her journey—highlighting the power of discipline, overcoming fear, handling emotions under pressure, and embracing the privilege of competition.
Her message was simple yet profound: stress is a privilege, and learning to manage it is key to success. The resilience and determination of these athletes—whether in the octagon or on the court—are truly inspiring.
A huge thank you to friends of Ironwood for supporting initiatives like these. Wishing the team the best of luck in the playoffs!

Our Associate Aravind Sithamparapillai spoke to the Globe and Mail in an exclusive interview for their Stress Test Podcast detailing Trump’s Tariffs, the impact on markets, and why staying invested may still prove a good decision.
We believe that while the answer may still be the same (stay invested) – staying educated and understanding some of what is actually happening to the portfolio can benefit our clients from a peace of mind standpoint. Enjoy!
